MEET THE  OWNERS

Kirk and Sherri Hamilton, the proud owners of Hamilton’s Bud and Bloom, have deep roots in Broken Arrow. They are currently raising their five children just a few miles from their childhood homes. Actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce, they are committed to enhancing the community. Their journey to open a dispensary began years before Oklahoma’s Medical Marijuana Legalization Initiative 788.

In 2016, Sherri Hamilton’s mother, Sandy, lost her battle with lung cancer. During her final chemotherapy treatments, Sandy relocated out of state to receive palliative care for her terminal illness, which included participation in a state-approved medical marijuana program. Sandy experienced significant relief from her cancer symptoms through medical marijuana while in hospice care. Inspired by the positive impact of cannabis on her mother’s health, Sherri inherited the building that now houses Hamilton’s Bud and Bloom after Sandy’s passing. Kirk and Sherri saw this as an opportunity to honor Sandy’s memory by integrating the building into their vision of opening a cannabis dispensary.

Their mission is to assist individuals in need and employ a team passionate about educating the public on the benefits of cannabis. Hamilton’s Bud and Bloom is dedicated to combating the stigma surrounding cannabis and showcasing its potential as a valuable asset to individuals of all ages for health and wellness purposes.
